Before shifting her focus to coaching and consulting, Ann Marie founded, scaled, and sold one of Portland’s most respected mental health group practices to a Fortune 500 company. The experience of building systems, leading teams, navigating growth, and exiting a business shapes the way she now supports founders and leaders. She understands firsthand the pressure and isolation that often accompany leadership, especially for high-achieving women.

Ann Marie maintains licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Oregon, California, Arizona, and Ohio, which allows for her to provide therapy services by request.
