Payment Collection

Payment is collected at the start of services and is billed on a monthly, recurring schedule on the same calendar date services began. All payments are non-refundable.

Duration of Service

Clients may choose to pause or conclude their work at any time. To avoid the next billing cycle, 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled payment date is required. While many clients find that the completion of work happens naturally through collaborative conversation once goals are met, you are not obligated to continue beyond any given month.

This structure is designed to support continuity, momentum, and meaningful progress while honoring flexibility and autonomy.

Coaching & Consulting Terms

Rose & Stone, LLC provides business coaching and consulting services for leaders, founders, and entrepreneurs. These services are not psychotherapy or mental health treatment, and do not involve diagnosis or clinical intervention.

Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused partnership designed to help clients identify the gap between where they are now and where they want to be. Consulting may include directive guidance, strategy, and specific recommendations to support business growth and leadership effectiveness.

While the founder is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, services are provided exclusively in the role of coach and consultant. If a pattern emerges that suggests unresolved trauma or mental health concerns are interfering with a client’s ability to move forward, a referral to psychotherapy or other appropriate support may be recommended.

Clients remain responsible for their decisions and outcomes. Coaching and consulting offer support, clarity, and structure, but do not guarantee specific results.
