  • Rose & Stone currently offers business coaching and consulting with Ann Marie McHenry. She has nearly 20 years of experience as a mental health provider and has a very robust understanding of the human nature of business ownership and leadership.

    Rose & Stone intends to onboard coaches specialized in high performance, professional sport, nervous system regulation, neurodivergence, and relationship repairs for business owners.

    Therapy is offered by request. Please note: therapy and coaching are different services and cannot be combined. Inquire for more information.

  • Coaching is a client-centered, collaborative process in which the coach asks questions intended to facilitate client exploration and insight. The client identifies their truth or next steps. The coach does not offer suggestions, directives, or advice.

    Consulting is directive and intended to offer clear structures and solutions. The consultant is the expert and will problem-solve with the client to identify a clear roadmap and action items.

    Therapy is provided by a licensed healthcare provider. The therapist offers space to explore past traumas, family of origin, systems of oppression, and any historical or current issues that are interfering with health and stability in present day. Therapy offers an exploration across time and often involves very deep work and healing.

    The coaches at Rose & Stone are all seasoned, licensed mental health professionals with a deep understanding of the human condition. Their work with clients at Rose & Stone is coaching-based and forward-focused. If events from the past appear to have a significant impact on a client’s ability to move forward, they will likely make a recommendation for therapy with another provider.

  • Yes, and this is an important conversation to have with your coach and your therapist.

    The coaches at Rose & Stone do not provide coaching and therapy to the same client. These are different modalities of helping people and both fields have legal and ethical standards by which we abide. To maintain these standards of care, we keep a distinct separation between coaching and therapy.

    Coaching is a forward-focused modality in which we acknowledge the past but do not attend to it. If something from a client’s history continues to resurface in a way that impedes forward momentum, we might suggest therapy to allow for space and healing of this.

    It is possible to do coaching and therapy at the same time with different providers. Coaching will focus on what’s happening in the present and therapy explores a client’s history. We recommend talking with your coach and therapist about whether both would concur or if one should take precedence before returning to the other.

  • We offer a monthly retainer for $1500 that includes two 60-75 minute coaching sessions and ongoing support via asynchronous text and audio messaging with Voxer. We offer à la carte sessions for $350/hour however we recommend the monthly retainer for maximum touch points and problem-solving.
