Coaching and consulting are two distinct but complementary ways of working. Coaching is collaborative. We work together to identify what's getting in the way, build clarity around your vision, and support you in making meaningful decisions for your business. Consulting is more directive. I bring strategy, structure, and specific recommendations to help you solve problems and move forward with confidence. Most clients experience both.

There are two ways to work with Rose & Stone. If you're ready for a close, ongoing working relationship, the monthly retainer is where we start. If you'd like to begin with a self-paced foundation, The Four Pillars course offers a structured introduction to the framework we use, with the first module free.

My Approach

I bring nearly two decades of experience as a licensed therapist and the lived experience of founding, scaling, and selling a multi-million dollar business to a Fortune 500 company. I know what it takes to build something from the ground up, and I know what gets in the way.

We'll build job descriptions, hiring and onboarding processes, performance frameworks, and when necessary, a professional and respectful way to part ways with team members who aren't the right fit.

  • You can't grow what you can't measure. We'll identify the key metrics that matter for your specific business, set up systems to track them, and make sure you know how to read and act on what they're telling you. Financial health, sustainability, and scalability all start here.

  • Systems of freedom start with operations that don't depend on you doing everything yourself. We'll streamline your workflows, document your processes, and build the infrastructure that lets your business run consistently whether you're in the room or not. This includes client acquisition and retention, billing, team communication, and onboarding.

  • Your brand is how people experience you before they ever meet you. We'll assess your messaging, website, and marketing strategy to make sure they're working as hard as you are and speaking directly to the people you want to reach.

  • AI is no longer optional for leaders who want to scale without adding more hours to their day. We'll assess the tools you're currently using, identify where AI could reduce your workload, and make sure you're integrating it in a way that actually serves your business rather than adding more complexity.

High-touch, personalized working relationship

Sessions may be split between coaches based on your needs that month - talk to your coach about scheduling

$350 per session
