Our Approach
Every coach at Rose & Stone is a seasoned, licensed mental health clinician with coaching credentials. Between our team, we bring over four decades of combined clinical experience spanning business coaching, mental performance coaching for executives and professional athletes, and neurodivergence and nervous system support.
We understand people, not just strategy. And we know when coaching is exactly the right support, and when something else might be needed.
Coaching Investment
Monthly Retainer
$1,500 per month
What's included:
✦ Nearly two decades of clinical and niche coaching expertise
✦ Two 60-75 minute coaching sessions
✦ Monday through Friday Voxer access
✦ Real-time and asynchronous support between sessions
✦ High-touch, personalized working relationship
✦ Sessions may be split between coaches based on your needs that month - talk to your coach about scheduling
À la Carte
$350 per session
What's included:
✦ Nearly two decades of clinical and niche coaching expertise
✦ One 60-75 minute coaching session
✦ Available as a standalone option or as an add-on to the monthly retainer
✦ No asynchronous Voxer support included
✦ Scheduling subject to availability
Payment is collected at the start of each month. All payments are non-refundable. Clients may pause or conclude their work at any time with 48 hours notice before the next billing date. View full terms and conditions.
Therapy Investment
Individual Therapy
$350 per session

✦ 60-75 minute sessions
✦ Personalized comprehensive assessment and goal-setting
✦ Exploration of patterns, beliefs, core values, stressors, relationships and anything that hinders or helps you in making the changes you desire
✦ Ongoing support for maintenance of insight and action
✦ Scheduling subject to availability
Couples Therapy
$350 per session
What's included:
✦ Two decades of clinical experience, specializing in relationships
✦ 60-75 minute sessions
✦ Comprehensive Gottman Method relationship assessment
✦ Exploration of relationship history, strengths, areas for growth, and actionable steps to support the relationship you want with your partner
✦ Ongoing support for maintenance of insight and action
✦ Scheduling subject to availability
All therapy at Rose & Stone Consulting, LLC is provided by Ann Marie McHenry, LMFT. Ann Marie is licensed in California, Oregon, Arizona, and Ohio. Some states allow telehealth services from providers licensed in other states. If you don't see your state listed, reach out to inquire about options. All therapy is provided virtually.
*Oregon clients must live 25 miles outside of Portland.
