I started my first business fresh out of college as a photographer. In 2005, I began working as a certified life coach, and eventually became a therapist, consultant, and educator. Over the past 20-plus years, my work has continued to grow, deepen, and evolve alongside my own understanding of what it means to be a fierce-hearted wild spirit, a sensitive old soul, and a neurodivergent human with many passions, deep struggles, big visions, and a longing to create work that feels alive and true.
For a long time, I thought my intensity was something to manage, soften, or apologize for. Now I understand it as part of my compass and my giftedness — the spark that lights the fires I am here to follow. That lived experience shapes the way I support my clients.
My coaching is steady, compassionate, trauma-informed, and neuro-affirming. I support deep feelers with big visions — often high-masking AuDHDers, neuro-curious, gifted, and trauma-impacted clients — including women, trans women, nonbinary people, femmes, and gender-expansive folks, as they grow leadership, businesses, creative work, and lives that truly fit.
In addition to embodied leadership coaching and consulting, I continue to offer individual therapy and Autism and ADHD assessments for high-masking folks discovering their neurodivergence later in life. I am a licensed therapist in California, Oregon, and Montana.
