individual therapy

This is therapy reimagined for leaders, entrepreneurs, and high-performing individuals. If you’re like most of us, you perform exceptionally well under pressure and putting out fires is second nature. You’ve earned the wisdom that comes from navigating extremely difficult situations. The truth is, all walks of high-performance tend to share an edge that sets them apart and while rewarding, the pressure, stress, and even shame are quite real.

You are your most valuable asset

A story often emerges amongst leaders that your team, your business, and everyone else take priority. This can be true at times, however the long-term sacrifice of ourselves almost always results in a fallout or breakdown. The key is to recognize how important you are to your prosperity - and to that of your organization. Your heart and soul have driven your success and they deserve care. Therapy is a powerful place to start.

What to expect

  • We’ll evaluate your current hopes, dreams, wellness, worries, relationships, and business structure. We’ll set goals that serve you.

  • We’ll remember why goals that serve you benefit the greater whole.

  • We’ll create action items. Then, we’ll explore patterns, beliefs, core values, stressors, relationships and anything that hinders or helps you in making the changes you desire.

  • We’ll discuss and practice maintenance of these insights and changes.

  • I’ll be available for traditional 60-minute sessions, extended or brief sessions, and check-ins between. We have options - let’s discuss.

All sessions are held virtually

I offer a complimentary 30-60 minute virtual consultation. Clients must reside in Oregon*, California, Arizona or Ohio.

*Oregon clients must live 25 miles outside of Portland.

Couples Therapy

Leadership, entrepreneurship, and high-performance careers demand a lot—and relationships often absorb the impact. This is couples therapy designed for committed partners, navigating the unique challenges of one or both partners being in a leadership seat.

“The quality of our lives ultimately depends on the quality of our relationships.”

- Esther Perel

Couples come to therapy both to “stay on track” and to manage distress when things get tough. Each relationship looks different but the principles for a healthy, sustainable one are the same: Be each other’s best friend; look out for each other’s best interests. always be building trust; talk about the hard things and repair when things go sideways; have fun; encourage each other’s autonomy and create shared dreams.

What to expect

  • We’ll schedule a virtual consultation and discuss the couples therapy process. I want you to be prepared for a thorough assessment before we take action. My goal is to set you up for long-term success.

  • I’ll send you a relationship assessment from The Gottman Institute. I use evidence-based assessments and intervention to support your relationship.

  • I’ll walk you through the research principles of successful, long-term relationships and how to apply these to your relationship. We’ll repair fractures as necessary and build on your strengths.

  • We’ll practice skills, discuss insights, learn to repair, and maintain your work.

  • I’ll be available for traditional 60-minute sessions, extended sessions, and check-ins between. We have options - let’s discuss.
